Recording everything I eat and surprisingly coming in at target or below my RDI. Its amazing, when you just take the time and listen to your body and eat what you want, one seems to eat less. My choices are kind of carb loaded and fatty, but its what I want or need for now. Getting the car repaired and moving on. Many, too many things on my plate, but I am going to take care of myself and I need to get moving, NOW. Walking has always been my outlet, and icy roads thwart that...but I do have indoor opportunities. I just have to use them. Have a great day everyone!
