Just got back a few days ago from my fiance's cousin's wedding. I was trying to stay good at first, but it got really hard. When I hopped on the scale the night we got back, I was at 279! Oh my god, I had expected a gain, but not that bad! The funny thing is, the cake, which was my whole rationale for cheating, turned out to be really crappy. I ended up having some sodas and drinks while I was there. I even had a pancake! I told my fiance that I was actually looking forward to doing Induction 100% again because i felt so sugar-logged. 3 days back on Induction and I'm back down to 271, which furthers my belief that a lot of what I gained was just water weight/me being stopped up.
Now I know to plan for special occasions without planning to cheat. I'm going to try my best at Thanksgiving and Christmas!
