Just got back a few days ago from my fiance's cousin's wedding. I was trying to stay good at first, but it got really hard. When I hopped on the scale the night we got back, I was at 279! Oh my god, I had expected a gain, but not that bad! The funny thing is, the cake, which was my whole rationale for cheating, turned out to be really crappy. I ended up having some sodas and drinks while I was there. I even had a pancake! I told my fiance that I was actually looking forward to doing Induction 100% again because i felt so sugar-logged. 3 days back on Induction and I'm back down to 271, which furthers my belief that a lot of what I gained was just water weight/me being stopped up.

Now I know to plan for special occasions without planning to cheat. I'm going to try my best at Thanksgiving and Christmas!
122.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Just remember, don't try, make yourself DO IT. There's plenty of Turkey, and veggies at Thanksgiving and plenty of meat and veggies at Christmas.

That's what sucks the worse, when you cheat and it wasn't worth it. You'll be back on track in no time!
