It's not always difficult to tweak the recipes for our favorite foods to make them healthier. Great job finding one you love! I was on a ground turkey kick for a while but it's been some time since I've had it now. You've given me an idea of what to put on my shopping list next time I go to Costco! Gobble-gobble :)

Oooo, could you share the recipe?!?! My hubby and I LOVE shephards's pie, but we haven't been able to find a healthy, but also tasty alternative.
