Was up to 235.5 pounds. Just started low carb, low fat last week. Lost 4 pounds without recording what I am eating. I hope it keeps going. Last time I lost 10 pounds in two weeks and that was it. Nothing for 6 months but now I'm doing low fat with the low carb = hope it helps.
