More than 40 minutes of brisk walking. But the best thing is that it was the second consecutive day. It hasn't happened for the longest time. And I am trying hard to exercise today as well, for more the 60'. That will make it three in a row. If I only had a solution for the 1 further hour I need to get to the gym and the showers, etc., afterwards.
