Feeling good. Scales says I'm down 3lbs. I'm sure its just water weight but its keeping me motivated! Slipped up a little last night and went to chili's, but I'm not going to let that ruin my whole week!
90.5 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
