Started eating the higher calorie program Dr. T. set for my metabolic restoration. I found it easy to stay within the macros: >70% Fat, but difficult to get more calories in. As it is, I did increase my calorie intake by 100 - 200 more cal. than most days last week. I am so full I cannot even think about another spoonful of anything. I am comfortable with this way of eating and it is quick to prepare. I don't have to get creative to keep eating this way.
