Yay me! After going from 176 to 148, I quit trying to get to my goal weight in June because of several factors that I did not have the willpower to control. I then gained back a few of the pounds I had worked so hard to loose. But, today, after two weeks of carefully watching what I eat I got back the number that I had last June, so, now I am starting again where I left off before. =)
