Unable to work out for a while now because I tore my quad muscle 😭 I’ve gotten into such a good workout routine that this makes me sad. Hopefully it’ll heal quick ://

That is very sad. I have a hip injury still healing. I go to a pool and use my arms only, swim as hard/long as I can to make my heart and lungs work. Careful getting in or out of the pool with that sore leg. All the Best!

Oh my that’s horrible :(( I wish I had a pool I could go to but we don’t have a public pool where I live. Thank you! And I hope yours heals quick too 💗
