Hi everyone. I am back from the NYC tour with 52 teenagers. Very proud of myself. I didn't stray from my WOE even once. Though I did inhale deeply as I walked past the very many chocolate shops and bakeries! A year ago, I would not have thought it possible for me not to take a bite of pasta or the amazing chocolate torte at Carmine's. But I did it and didn't feel deprived at all as I drank my tea with real cream! Come home down a pound. Didn't really have time to log my food but very proud of myself.
