Good Afternoon compadres I hope everyone had a better morning then I have a busted fishtank and 45 minutes of shoveling myself out from the aftermath of the snowpacalypse was not exactly how I imagined starting my morning. however it's done I got a wicked workout in from it and now I get to have coffee as a reward for my hard work. Going to home my inner Baker and pump out some sweet healthy treats this afternoon to give me something to munch on instead of turning to fast food. if anyone has a favourite healthy sweet treat I would love of you could share the recipe.
