I have hit a plateau. Seriously. My calories are all deficient and nothing in two weeks. Drinking water. Don’t feel like I’m retaining water. Also don’t feel like I’m losing fat. I know I’m not gaining muscle since I don’t exercise. No matter what calories in vs calories out should mean weight loss no matter what those calories are. Even if I ate all of my calories in chocolate bars calorie deficient is calorie deficient! I’m not talking health or skinny fat just science. I’m frustrated. I’m sad. I know my calories since I make everything I eat. I know it’s just a number and it’s easy to shift with water weight etc but no shrinkage too? How unfair is that! This sucks!

It sounds ridiculous but I have lost multiple times by having a large day. Maybe 150% of your RDI..look into it. It raises your cortisol I believe and dumps water etc..

I've hit them too..and then fallen off track due to frustration..then gained some but you just gotta hold on. maybe switch something up in your process? good luck! stay strong!
