So I'm at work and the computers are being weird, so I'm allowed to "play". I'm devising a plan for optimal weight loss and little water retention for next week, i'm going to a big party in California in 12 days, and flying out in 11 days.
I think right now my plan is little to no sweets, no dairy, little carbs.. hmmm.. lots of protein..
any suggestions?
