Good morning everyone ! we are packing and gearing up for a walk this morning to run some errands instead of using the car. hopefully the snow holds off till we get back. last week i focused on a small change of simply remembering to fill the coffee pot before going to bed this weeks goal is going to be forcing myself to cook at home at least 6 of the seven nights cooking has become difficult to accomplish with the additional cleanup I of course find it easier to order in but it's certainly not helping my waistline any.
so here is to the small goals no matter how tiny have a great day everyone
