Hey please can you tell me about the 18 hour fast? Do you have any water etc?

I basically have my last meal at 7pm and then skip breakfast and only eat lunch at 1pm again. When you're in ketosis it's very easy to do this without feeling tired or nauseous etc. I drink lots of water with a little Epsom salt(for magnesium) I tend to get leg cramps from the Ketogenic diet.

Louise Torr that's why it's very important to drink Himalayan pink salt in water. Replace your electrolytes.

Absolutely. .. It makes a big difference! Will try pink salt actually forgot about it (I have a bag in the pantry) thx for reminding me!
