This feels like a case of here we go again, but I'm getting back to the basics to jumpstart my weightloss. In the past few weeks, I've been kinda sticking to my plan, but being off the wagon, a lot more than I should. I'm just thankful that the consequences haven't been as detrimental as they could have been. With the holidays being around the corner, there's really no time to lose. So, I'm claiming my victory, and doing my victory dance, even before I get started, knowing that, I can do all things, through Christ Jesus, who strengthens me! Hoo Yaa! :-)
