Does anyone else get bloated all the time even without food? Because I have been experiencing it for awhile now and can’t seem to get to the bottom of it

Sorry for this blunt question, but do you think you may be constipated?

I get bloated with whatever I eat, not constipated.

Please talk to your doctor about this. It could be nothing big or something that needs investigated.

Some foods can effect me for days after eating them. Cheese has recently kept me bloated and stopped up. 4 days now trying to get back to where I was and only starting to feel better after 36 hours fasting. Look up the book Eat Right for your Type. They have foods that cause reactions depending on your bloodtype. It's a good place to start to see if there's some type of food causing issues that can last for days after eating it.

You could try adding a yogurt a day into your diet and see if the probiotic helps?

Many foods can cause constipation issues. Lactose intolerant is an issue for many with cheese being a big offender. Another big offender is CHOCOLATE.
