Ok, if I do a keto diet then the real.me keto calculator is as follows: Based on your inputs, we suggest you eat: 1243 calories. From those, 102g fats, 25g net carbs, and 57g protein.
I'm putting it here to see if I can do that, though if I do a natural, healthy, whole foods diet then I don't need to watch calories but rather portion control.
And I must exercise, exercise, exercise....hopefully it won't kill me (Insert big huff and eye roll here :-))
