Ok, if I do a keto diet then the real.me keto calculator is as follows:
Based on your inputs, we suggest you eat: 1243 calories. From those, 102g fats, 25g net carbs, and 57g protein.

I'm putting it here to see if I can do that, though if I do a natural, healthy, whole foods diet then I don't need to watch calories but rather portion control.

And I must exercise, exercise, exercise....hopefully it won't kill me (Insert big huff and eye roll here :-))

You should do what you think you can do. I do keto but I dislike those calculators. They always tell people to eat so few proteins. Not sure what the science behind them are. Very few of the current keto gurus would tell you to go that low.

If you are doing keto correctly (lots of fat), you likely won't have to pay much attention to calories or portion control. (within reason). Reason is that the fat fills you up and you are likely to feel fuller with fewer calories taken in.
