Had a better day today, but got a bit snacky between lunch and dinner. This is becoming a habit that I need to break! I had a hot cocoa and then a Russell Stover Sugar Free Snack Bar. It was my last one and I don't think I will be buying anymore as they don't agree with me. My stomach gets a rumbling something awful! So I am going to take a day out this week and pre-cook some desserts. I really want to try the cream cheese clouds and maybe make some more pumpkin pie.

Scale has not moved, but that's ok, it's not going up. I feel great and that's what matters. I will feel even better if I could start exercising again. But, I have to wait for the foot to heal. I don't want to push it. It was such a long recovery and I don't want to make it longer.

Glad you had a good day, despite the "cheats". It happens to us all! Some of the sugar-free candy does that same thing to me. I've never been a big chocolate-eater, so I just don't buy it anymore. Making stuff ahead of time is a great idea! Planning ahead is a big part of staying on track. And yes, the fact that you feel great is what's most important! Keep up the good work and hope you foot heals quickly :)

The most important thing is feeling good:) The rest will come at it's own rate. I have not lost any weight either since the summer. Hang in there! Your foot will heal before you know it:)
