Lowest weight so far. This is in fasted state after 5 hr workout yesterday and 1.5 hr workout today fasted time is 36 hrs. I feel on top of the world.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 9.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have done carnivore for 1 year and 5 months now. I choose carnivore simply due to healing, the weight loss is a "side effect".

I think it might be the best elimination diet out there, people I work with do it like 1 month at a time and then go low carb for maintenance. I'm curious of everyone's reasoning, it makes sense to me if humankind lived that way throughout history.
