So today is my 1st anniversary on FS. Overall I lost 15 lb during this year. It is less than I hoped for, but it is better than nothing, and better than gaining any additional weight. It was a challenging year, but rewarding as well. Not just from weightloss perspective, but in general. I am restarting my weight today again. I have another year ahead of me. The major lesson is not to get distracted, not to stop, get back on track, and not to try to lose it fast. If i lose another 15 lb in the coming year, i would be very happy, if i lose less i will just keep going. If i lose more, i will still just keep going. The major goal is not to stop paying attention to my health and my own needs.
