I started Fatsecret, on 27May 2013. MY weight was 55kg,now it's 47.1.It not easy but I try to keep it my goal.I work at the Airport as a Special Accents.From 14 May Do a LOTS of warning, same time do 28 684 95 steps a day So my say if you what 2 lose weight it will help me.😍🤗🍾
