2 hari ini mkn nya gak di jaga..minum teh pucuk..makan roti goreng coklat..wafer coklat keju..seblak..gorengan..chiki taro..dll..alhasil naik 1 kg BB nya.. maafkan,aquu khilaf..nyeseeellll bgtt.
60 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
