Back to intermittent fasting!
52.6 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It depends on the person, you can google intermittent fasting. For me I don’t eat from about 8PM to 1 ish PM the next day and then eat whatever I want or track calories if needed.

I'm trying to do IF every two or three days...eating my calories for the day usually (approximately) between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. With nothing except water and green ginger tea, no sweeteners, during the rest of the day and night. Seems to be helping.
