ih kok kita samaan sih ka? td aku penutup ocd nya jg makan lemonilo+bakso5 udh lama bgt ga makan mie goreng eh skrg malah ketagihan sm lemonilo (btw knp aku pakein bakso buat menuhin kalori harian hihi😋)

kalau perut kembung abis makan brokoli itu biasa , cara ilanginnya minum cuka apel 2 sdm + air , tambahkan gula Stevia atau madu murni kalau ga tahan rasa asamnya
