Stayed the same :( I dont know whats wrong with me i have been doing so good and now i feel like i cant stop screwing up!!!!

128.4 kg Lost so far: 30.4 kg. Still to go: 46.7 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

its sad when you dont drop alittle, but lest you didnt gain an have to work it back off..just means you gotta tweak the food your eating, or change the exercising..to work it off..hang in ther, it will come off!!!!
