It's Friday. It suppose to be in the mid 90's here (a regular cold front coming in) so I plan to spend some time outside. I will take a walk, do some yard work, take a dip in the pool and maybe do some mall walking. I also have to get my workout area ready for the P90 challenge that starts on Monday. I hope all goes as planned. Everyone have a great and successful weekend!
