I didn't chart my food for a few days - & it really hurt my progress. I think I may have gained a lb or 2 but won't know until I weight myself. I just came back from my 15min brisk walk and I'm tired but I'm committed. I won't berate myself instead I will be focus on my goals.
68.0 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
