Maybe some exercise aimed at lower half mines total opposite I’m working on chest fat but I’m working on it because I heard years ago that that sticks around if you just calorie count so maybe like me work on it sooner rather than later

Haha thanks guys. Razor I’ve done loads of walking and exercises which are supposed to target thighs/bum, but I swear they look bigger 😂 I can’t win!

can't target fat in certain areas. the fat will come from wherever it's stored in order、usually mesh between organs、 then visceral、then body. I'd your female oestrogen takes fat to the thighs too. good luck
