Thought I may have to do an apple day...but guess not!

I had an quasi apple day yesterday (first time to try that), and it wasn't so bad, although it was half-way done. I had 3 apples, and some pico de galo (with a few chips) for supper. Met an old girlfriend for a beverage ... and had a great social time with her (no alcohol). In any event, I dropped 1.5 pounds at this morning's weigh-in!
