I have lost 3 lbs. in one day. I know it is probably water weight but it still feels good. My problem is I don't get hungry and pretty much have to force myself to eat. I'm not a breakfast eater and I get physically ill if I do eat ANYTHING before noon.

3 pounds is 3 pounds - regardless of where it comes from. Just know that once the initial water weight is lost, the rest is all FAT! And by the way, I love the name Drunkmonkies. My 13 yr old daughter's pseudo name for softball is funkymonkey and my 9 yr old daughters was grumpymonkey.

Thanks,my 34 year old daughter said I look like a drunkmonkey when I dance so it just stuck. Also, should I be concerned about not getting the rbi of 1800. I am able to do my workouts and I still have energy.

The typical caloric intake should be between 1500-1800 daily. Do your best to stay within there. It's hard in the beginning but it will get much easier as you adjust to the plan. Too few calories will put you into starvation mode which will then prevent you from losing. Again, it gets easier.
