Weight is fluctuating every morning a pound or so. I know what's coming and will just have to work through it. I have to remember that I have lost 22lbs since June and that's pretty good. Now, the issue is just not to get discouraged!

I was so committed this morning. 1 hour walk followed by Oatmeal for breakfast. 30 minutes Crosstrainer and 15 minutes Abs class. Then:

My coworker brought me GENUINE MILK CHOCOLATE FROM SWITZERLAND. The fresh made in the candy store type. Gosh, I would have gotten down on my knees and begged for it if required. Summary! I had chocolate and green beans for lunch!
