Yesterday was a lot of fun. Dad took me on a nature walk. Once I got over my fear of falling off the rocks, I had a good time. The view from the top of the cave was gorgeous. When we were done with the walk, we had a picnic supper. It all felt very healthy and I was happy. I'm glad I decided to get back on track with my weight loss. I'm already feeling healthier and happier. Did anybody notice what a beautiful day it is today? Well, I'm going to go enjoy it.
