Yesterday went okay food wise, except for that cearal for b'fast. I had cereal again today as I haven't had a chance to make anything for the mornings, hopefully tonight that will get done :-/ You really notice how much you eat when you write it down!
I have to get out of the habbit of getting home and thinking about what goodies I can snack on, even worse is when I wake up in the morning and think about what I can eat that evening.
No idea what I am making for dinner tonight. I think I am going to have to go back to planning my meals out a week in advance. I used to have to do that for managing my money at Uni'. Now it is for helping 'waist management'
Thanks for passing on the phrase, 'nothing tastes as good as thin feels', whoever it was. It actually motivates me and my husband is saying it like a mantra, except he generally gets it a little wrong, but that just makes me smile :)

most of us have learned to plan ahead and to prep ahead...until you get into a pattern or habit it helps alot...

I marianate chicken breasts in SB healthy stuff--olive oil, mustard, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, etc. in various combinations, throw a piece in a ziploc, then throw it in the freezer. Then, when I can't be bothered to cook or am too tired, just pull out a bag and throw it on a salad or whatever. Just a thought...it might help--I know when I plan, if I don't follow it exactly, I feel like I messed up. This helps in that respect, too. An easy option.

Just wanted to clarify that I cook the chicken breasts before I throw them on the salad...he he he

I am not much of a planner, but I guess that will have to change. I like the ziploc idea, thanx.
