SOOOO....went up again. Don't understand the math on that but I guess I'm going to have to move a lot more. Ugh... it's such a pain in the ass just to get motivated to work out. I know once I'm doing it I'm fine, but just thinking about it makes me cranky as hell.
I'm just venting of course. Years ago when I lost a bunch of weight in an unhealthy manner, I was popping diet pills and working out from 4-7 hours a day to stay thin. Then I went to the opposite extreme and did nothing. I'm trying to get to the point of liking to work out but not being obsessed with burning calories, just doing it to have fun. I'm going on vacay for a week, I hope to do well and I can't wait to see my brother. He's finally getting out of the army, after 4 long, stressful years (for moi lol). Lates babes xoxo
