Today, I am going to start getting back on track by just logging what I eat. I am going to start changing my diet, to more healthy, then start back on up day/down day. I know either way, I have gained just a few lbs, but I have got to lose what I have gained and more. Who knows, maybe I will get back on track completely and go ahead and calorie cycle.
