trying this again. took a year to gain back what I lost last time. needing this for health and stomach pain. Dr Phil plan again but 7 small meals instead of 4 med ones bc of stomach issues ibs. first goal 3/1 possible trip to san diego. 2nd goal 4/15 for salina Corey Zamora class.
