I can't believe I lost 4lb in a day. Felt a bit hungry this afternoon so might have to resort to a smoked salmon rollup! Yummy

CONGRAD's for the 4 lb loss!!! I know it feels weird. I lost 7 lbs in one day. I think the thing that bothered me the most at first is when I went to post it. For some dumb reason I was concerned people might wonder about it. I mean, 7 in ONE day? Is that possible?? Thankfully there are people on here who it's happened to also!! Ruby Thanks so much. I did feel a bit of a nitwit putting it up - I am sure there will be days when it is a 0 too! 7lb in one day is most impressive I have to say. I admit though, watching hubby tuck into a home made pizza while I had salmon, cauli and spinach was a bit hard! Ha Ha

Pizza? lol, I understand that! That's why I reward myself in the evening with a bit of fruit and cream in a pretty desert bowl and eat it very slowly. It just feels like I'm spoiling myself :)

Wow that is impressive, especially after the weekend you just had. Congratualtions. If I had even smelled that bread I would have gained 4 pounds!! lol
