I can already see a difference in my shape. I dress and go to 'hike' my jeans up...and they just slide up. Or I put my hand on my hip - and FEEL my hip bone.
Of course, the weight is not going away from the parts I like - and I know my butt will be the last to go, but still. I am so happy I joined this website. I've never in my life been able to accomplish this.
Oh yes - I remembered to eat something at breakfast time.

Good for you girl! I know what you mean, I lay down at night and put my hand on my stomach and I can feel my rib bones poking up. LOL! I know I am still way overweight but it is nice that I can feel my ribs instead of them being burried under my bloated abdomen. I am wearing some jeans today that are really way too big but I am running out of clothes now so I wore them. They look like "mom jeans" on me now. They don't show my shape at all but hey since it is because I have shrank out of them I don't care. I have to keep pulling them up throughout the day and when I go to the restroom I don't even have to unbutton them. That is a great feeling! Here is to us discovering more hidden bones and body parts as the weight falls off!! LOL!!!

Isn't that wonderful Suzanne? You are doing a great job. Unfortunately for me, the places I like (boobs and butt) have been the 1st to go. I have noticed that I can lay in bed and see the TV w/o having my gutt block it. Great job on eating breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day.

LOL - Amanda@ I know what you mean about jeans. I have a cloth belt and I just tie mine up now. Kmartin@ I don't have a TV in the beadroom. I am so proud I ate breakfast. A long time ago I was bulimic so getting to (almost) 1000 calories a day and eating breakfast is a healthy and positive step for me.
