Yesterday we spent the day in the city running errands. For the evening we went to my mother's for a huge dinner. I did partake and ate mostly meat/veggies, but I did also include a bit of mashed potatoes, carrots, and some stuffing. I did have a slice of pumpkin pie with a dash of whipped cream! Damn it was goooood! I ate carbs/sugar when I shouldn't have and I did gain slightly as of today. I will follow the rest of the protocol strictly and continue with P4 the way it was intended. Here's to hoping at bringing the weight back down and into check!
