It’s been a rough few days. Last week I had more than one night of little to no sleep getting called to the hospital to deliver babies. Thursday I called in sick with a sore throat and runny nose. Friday and Saturday I had to hold it together to get ready for my daughter’s birthday party. Today I feel like total dren (any Farscape nerds out there?) Friday and Saturday I was eating pizza, cake, ice cream, sloppy joes and missing a lot of my healthy snacks, fruits and vegetables. Today I am more on track, trying to get my immune system up and my voice back. The good thing is that I know that a couple bad diet days does not make me a diet failure! My goal is progress, not perfection.
