It's getting easier to avoid eating the foods I'm not supposed to eat. Tonight, we were at a potluck, and there was pizza, pasta salads, sandwiches, dumplings, etc. I ate the salad, along with some black bean soup. It was yummy. Then, I passed on the ice cream. I don't want to become overly strict, but I also didn't feel like I was denying myself. Hope it lasts. I'd like to buy some new clothese, but there's a part of me that worries that I'll put the weight back on if I relax.
