No workout today. Did a favor for my friend's roommate, so I couldn't get to the park this morning & it's probably going to get to 95 before cooling off. I did go for a swim, although I wouldn't consider what I was doing exercise in the slightest. Feeling a be defeated, but I think it's being amplified by the heat & my sluggish tired state of being I've been in all day w/o caffeine. I just hope I can have a positive & motivated attitude tomorrow for my walk & ride. I still can't do any ab workouts which is a bit scary. Hopefully it'll be back to normal in a few more days. Guess I went a little too hardcore on the ab machine at the gym. Alright, enough of my babbling. Time for a nap!
