looks lush. there is a lot of sugar in it for the size, but I'd say as long as you keep your sugar intake on track you'll be fine eating these. I'm pretty sure I have way too much sugar a day lol. I'm going to try and stop having 1 in my coffee, cause I have 4-6 a day.

Yasmine Thank u for your comment I’m just start last week I try to stop the sugar as weekmack comment frostie a lot sugar I learn each day what is good what is bad You look amazing !
