I am so proud of my self. I started looking after my health May 26. AT that time I couldn't walk 1.5 blocks to the Mac store without being tired.
Now, I just walked a U circle around most of the town...I walked 20 minutes to an appointment, and then walked 1 hour - and I am fine.
Now, to be honest, I never walked fast...but baby steps. :)
