I did my workout today, it was a tough Firm sculpting tape. I am so done with the scale and avoiding stgrength training because of the scale. I need to just AVOID the scale and do the strength training because I KNOW that is the only way to build the muscle I need to burn off the fat. Cardio is a calorie burner, but only while you are doing the cardio so it isn't efficient as the strength training. SO, I need to be patient with myself and do the right thing. As long as I am healthy and happy with how I look, it shouldn't matter ehat the scale says. That is the best attitude to have so I will be trying my darndest to keep it:)
