My Weight is up during the week and the Thursday fast brings me back to last weeks weight. 😊 I will just keep chinking away at the bigger picture.... I realize that it will take some time to get back to where I was before the holidays. Last year at this time it was 5 lbs heavier than now and it was a much bigger challenge. So all is good if I keep that in mind. 👍
