Well, scale is down .08oz from yesterday but still up 3lbs from last weigh-in. For the last 3 hrs of my "sleep" I was dreading having to face the scale b/c I knew it wasn't going to magically drop 4lbs over night. If I truly am gaining muscle or my muscles are retaining water, it better show up in my measurements tomorrow b/c this is getting ridiculous!! I still can't even do ab workouts b/c my left side abs are still in major pain after my workout on Thurs. What a morning! Makes me want to just get what I want at IHOP rather than the healthier breakfast choice I've chosen.

The way you've been moving lately, I can almost assure you that it is the lactic acid buildup (used for muscle repair)in your muscle. Just make sure to stretch...I mean really stretch! :) Great job!

This would have to be the mildest case of lactic acid buildup I've ever had, but probably the worst weight-wise. I just want the scale to go down already. Got in over 30 miles in the last week, oh well. Gotta keep going.
