I said I'd do it...and I did! Here I am reporting day one of "posting when I move." So, I totally forgot to set my alarm to get up, but I got up anyway at 6:45 AM. I thanked God for waking me up at that time and took it as a sign to get moving! So, I went to the gym and got HIIT cardio done...will do weights in the evening while chicken is defrosting. :) I feel great this morning! This is what I've been missing with doing cardio in the morning?!? If I could bottle it, I would, but it still wouldn't feel as great as experiencing it. :) Ok, have an energetic day buddies!

i wake up early everymorning to try to get a walk or jog in.. it feels great .. esp whenu get home exhausted and remember that you already exercised for the day..that is awesome!...

I just experienced that Naiomy! LOL I came home and was like...ok, I can deal with just doing weight training. So, I got up and did it and Yes, Beautiful...I feel great. :)

Awesome, Mel! I think cardio is a chore :P but I love the weight days for some reason! But it is something we gotta do :P
