I am having such a hard time getting breakfast included. I figured out how to get my calorie intake up to about 100.

I lost 1.5lb over the weekend.

Good for you! Do you mean your calories to 1000? I used to have a hard time getting mine up too but I am getting better. Awesome loss!

Amanda thanks. It is nice to know I am not the only one. Some people just don't understand that being overweight can be caused by the emotional inability to eat enough.
